Your appointment is not booked until you receive a confirmation saying it has been approved. •A valid card must be on file in order to book. Placing a card on file that is invalid will result in you not being able to be seen. •You may pay with card or cash once at your actual apt. Deposits are required for any appointment equaling $100 or more and certain braid appointments. • Spots fill up extremely quick! So any persons who no show an apt will not be able to book again without pre paying, any persons who cancel or reschedule more than 3 x in less than 6 months will not be able to schedule online. Please only book an appointment you plan to come to. • At this time all braiding services do not include hair, you must provide this for your apt. Preferred braiding hair is “pre stretched or pre feathered” braiding hair only. • NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS NOT BEING SERVICED ALLOWED AT THE SHOP. I have a boutique atmosphere that is not friendly for children, or big enough to accommodate guest not being serviced.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please only schedule an appointment you plan on coming to.
• cancellations made in less than 48 hours to apt time will be charged 50% of the total
• No shows will be charged 100% and you will not be able to book again
•cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of apt total
